Return and Refund Policy

At Empire and Republic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are not as described here meaning, color, size, material, unit or condition. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, absence of due diligence or buyer's remorse.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return. No refund will be initiated until after the item is received and inspected by us.  

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Items damaged or lost in transit to us as a return item will not be refunded.
